A refrigerator shredder is an industrial device designed

Working Principle
Power and Drive System
Powered by a dual planetary reducer, it features a low speed
(typically less than 50 rpm) and high torque design, ensuring
strong tearing force against hard materials such as metal frames
and compressors.
The main shaft is forged from high-strength alloy steel and
subjected to multiple heat treatments, providing strong impact
resistance and adaptability to the complex internal structure of
refrigerators.
Shredding Mechanism
Dual-Axis Shearing: The rotating and stationary blades on the two
rotating axes intersect to create a shearing force that cuts
through materials such as refrigerator casings and insulation.
Tearing Action: The blade tip contacts the cylindrical surface of
the spacer, tearing hard components (such as metal pipes and
plastic brackets).
Crushing: The torque of the blade shaft crushes soft materials
(such as foam and rubber), achieving a preliminary separation of
mixed materials.
Intelligent Removal Device
Equipped with an automatic cleaning system, it removes foam,
plastic, and other materials adhering to the chamber walls,
preventing blockage and maintaining continuous operation.

Refrigerator Shredding and Recycling Process:
1,Pre-processing Stage
Manual Disassembly: Hazardous components such as refrigerants
(Freon) and compressors are separated and then handed over to
specialized facilities for disposal.
Feeding and Conveying: Refrigerator is fed into the shredder via a
hydraulic feeder or conveyor belt.
2,Primary Shredder
